Library Miscellaneous Music

Ringo Tracks - I think these are from the late 1980's and 1990's.  They were recorded at home without much sophistication.  I used to make recordings and then critique them in order to improve.  I've never received a formal piping lesson.  (obviously I should have!)  All my training has been through association with very excellent pipers in the various bands I've played with over the years.  There's both good and bad piping in here.  I'm getting too old to be so critical of myself.  It is what it is.

In 1997 and 1998 I played with Dofasco Pipe Band and we won back to back North American Championships in Grade 2.

In 1999 I rejoined the Niagara Regional Police Pipe Band for three years.  I had the privilege of standing in the circle with some of the finest tone blowers and MSR players of that time.  Here are a few samples of our music.  Click HERE to view the arrangement for The Lion Sleeps Tonight.
